kisshp Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the kisshp platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with kisshp's Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the kisshp platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the kisshp platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

To register and maintain an account on the kisshp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling and sports betting in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the kisshp platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kisshp, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not be diagnosed with, or currently receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder at the time of registration.

To access the full features of the kisshp platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all kisshp accounts:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one kisshp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kisshp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kisshp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify kisshp immediately via Live Chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of the security of your account credentials.
5. Account Not Transferable. Your kisshp account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine law, kisshp is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC verification.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID.
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your registered GCash or PayMaya account showing your full name.
• A selfie or live photo holding your identification document, as required by kisshp's compliance team.

kisshp reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, including when a player's account activity triggers compliance review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the kisshp platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your kisshp account.
2. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may have different minimums as displayed in your account dashboard.
3. Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to inter-bank processing schedules and may take longer.
4. Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless a formal payment method change request has been reviewed and approved by kisshp's compliance team.
5. Transaction Fees. kisshp does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside kisshp's control and are the player's responsibility.
6. Deposit Source. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded. Any associated winnings from a third-party deposit may be voided.

kisshp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine holidays and major sporting events such as PBA Finals and international boxing. The following general terms apply to all kisshp bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
2. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. kisshp reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a prohibited practice that will result in account termination.
3. Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
4. Game Contributions. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
5. Abuse Prevention. kisshp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinated group exploitation — is detected.
6. Modification. kisshp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice where required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.

All games available on the kisshp platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general fair play terms apply across all kisshp games:

1. Random Number Generators. All kisshp virtual casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including kisshp.
2. Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by certified third-party providers. These games use physical cards, wheels, or other game implements and are governed by the rules of each respective game.
3. Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts or voids a game round, kisshp's decision on the outcome and applicable resolution will be final. kisshp will not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
4. Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may be modified by kisshp at any time. kisshp also reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
5. Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, use software to gain an unfair advantage, exploit game vulnerabilities, or engage in any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kisshp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage, whether or not you report such vulnerabilities to kisshp.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy primarily designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage in genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kisshp staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

kisshp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework seriously. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become a source of harm rather than entertainment. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

1. Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
2. Loss Limits. Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, the player's account will not accept further wagers until the limit period resets.
3. Session Time Limits. Players may set hard limits on their gaming session duration. kisshp will automatically end the session when the time limit is reached.
4. Reality Checks. Players may configure periodic notifications that display elapsed session time and total wagering amounts to support informed decision-making during play.
5. Self-Exclusion. Any player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the player cannot log in, deposit, or wager. Requests to lift self-exclusion before the exclusion period expires will be subject to a mandatory review period.
6. Account Cooling-Off. Players may also request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days without formal self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, the account will be locked from gaming activity but account information remains accessible.

kisshp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that a player has registered multiple accounts.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• A legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of the account.
• Extended inactivity in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, kisshp reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings, and to withhold the account balance pending investigation. In cases where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable fees) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the kisshp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of kisshp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kisshp platform for your personal recreational use. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any kisshp content without express written permission from kisshp.

The kisshp name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the kisshp platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kisshp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the kisshp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from a technical malfunction, system error, or platform unavailability.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or communications on the platform that contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Interruption or cessation of the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

kisshp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kisshp account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kisshp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the kisshp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kisshp will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. kisshp may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies where required by Philippine law or court order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The kisshp platform operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and PAGCOR's regulations take precedence in all matters relating to gaming conduct, player protection, and operator obligations.

In the event of any dispute between you and kisshp arising from or relating to your use of the platform, you agree to first contact kisshp's support team via Live Chat or email to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. kisshp will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. You and kisshp submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

kisshp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kisshp will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice posted on the kisshp platform homepage, an in-platform notification, or an email to your registered address.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes. Continued use of the kisshp platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account at any time.
